DAVID LINGARD - Chief Executive

 

David brings a wealth of experience in training and development in the construction industry.  After several years in the military, David embarked on a new career working with the construction industry’s peak body for training.  David has held various management appointments and prior to his taking up the CEO position at Master Concreters was General Manager of Construction Training Queensland.
